I've been saying this for years. Our political
system, from local to national, is conclusively corrupt. When politicians
talk about a candidate who lacks experience, what they really mean
is --- he doesn't know how "the game" is played.
The vast majority of politicians are corrupt. They're in
it for the power and the under-the-table money. Self serving, egocentric,
power mad and greedy. We have a woman, Meg Whitman, running for
governor here in California. She's filthy rich and has already spent
around $60 million of her own money on a primary campaign. This
is to get a job that pays about $233 thousand a year...........
The system itself corrupts politicians. Some of them actually
run for office with good intentions of doing well for the country
and the people, but the minute they arrive in Washington they are
made aware of the realities. They are mostly money raisers. Their
job is to spend the vast majority of their time out beating the
bushes, making speeches at fund raisers, etc. There's little time
or energy left to actually do anything for the good of the people.
I say Throw the Bums Out. Vote
Against Incumbent Politicians. Abandon party loyalties.
The two-party system has been the downfall of our founding fathers'
vision of democracy. If you know a politician who actually wants
to do the right thing, vote for him/her. But, they're hard to find.
Otherwise, vote against anybody in office. Keep turning them over
until they realize the only way to get re-elected is to do a good
job!
The RIGHT
TO VOTE IS OUR ONLY HOPE!
The People can
Overrule the Plutocracy
The masses hold 99 percent of the vote but don't use it |
